Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your esthetic appointment for any reason, we ask that you please give us the courtesy of contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time slot in order to give another client the opportunity to fill that appointment time... All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, therefore you will be required to pay an additional deposit if you wish to reschedule. Deposits will not be refunded no matter how much advanced notice given... Thank you for your understanding.
