Service Description

This is a customized facial treatment designed for first-time Acne Program clients. This program is best suited for clients that suffer from consistent moderate-to-severe Acne. Following your initial evaluation and treatment, qualifying clients will officially enter into our progressive Acne Management Program. This initial service includes an in-depth consultation / skin analysis that will allow us to gain some insight on your current Acne condition, overall skin goals, lifestyle / medical background, current skin care routine, and more. This will be followed by a targeted treatment, and ending with a professional treatment plan catered to accelerate your results. (No Chemical Peels or Microneedling will be administered during a first-time treatment.) After your initial treatment, you will also receive a specialized home skin care plan intended to maximize your results. It is highly recommended that you arrive at your appointment prepared to invest in your home-treatment product recommendations if your goal is to optimize and extend your in-office results. The purchase of the recommended products are also necessary to remain in the program itself. A paperless Client Consultation Form will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please look for this email as it is required that the form is submitted at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. (ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your esthetic appointment for any reason, we ask that you please give us the courtesy of contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time slot in order to give another client the opportunity to fill that appointment time... All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, therefore you will be required to pay an additional deposit if you wish to reschedule. Deposits will not be refunded no matter how much advanced notice given... Thank you for your understanding.
